TMC’s President & CEO, Barbara Morrison, is the founder and board president of Working Solutions, an innovative nonprofit organization that helps underserved micro-entrepreneurs access the capital and hands-on technical assistance they need to start and grow their businesses.

Working Solutions is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to serving start-up and existing businesses throughout the nine San Francisco Bay Area counties.

We Provide These Services for Entrepreneurs:

• Microloans/Small Business Loans $5,000 to $50,000 in the Bay Area

• Technical Assistance (Business coaching, advising, education, and mentoring)

• Referrals for Free and Low-Cost Business Resources

• Educational Presentations on Access to Capital

Working Solutions Mission

Working Solutions' mission is to provide microentrepreneurs with the access to capital and resources they need to start or grow a successful business. We prioritize serving low-income individuals, women, and minorities.

We support microenterprise growth as a strategy to strengthen the local economy, create jobs, and build strong communities.
