When the regionwide shelter-in-place order was implemented to combat the coronavirus outbreak, many businesses had just 12 hours to close their operations completely.
Restaurants shuttered, storefronts were boarded up, warehouses were vacated and manufacturing ground to a halt in what has proven to be the biggest disruption to our economy in a generation.
