Wendy Guan

Business Development Associate

Wendy is a business development associate, serving lenders, brokers and small businesses throughout the North Bay and San Francisco. As a business development associate, Wendy works with TMC’s senior business development staff to provide analysis and support for the financing of SBA 504 commercial real estate loans. She helps facilitate the loan process to ensure timeliness and efficiency.

Prior to joining the business development team, Wendy spent two and a half years in loan processing, providing tremendous support to the TMC internal departments, borrowers, and business partners. Her exceptional time management, close attention to details with the ability to readily identify missing information, and customer-oriented attitude, allow her to facilitate the loan process smoothly.

Wendy is an active member of Commercial Real Estate of Women (CREW) SF chapter and a passionate mentor at First Graduate.

Wendy graduated from University of California, Davis with double majors in Managerial Economics and Statistics. She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
