As a valued TMC client, when you refer another qualified business owner, you’ll receive $500 when the loan is approved and funded by the SBA.
Do your friends qualify?
- Most privately held, for-profit businesses in California or Nevada will qualify.
- The loan must be used for the acquisition, renovation or construction of an owner-occupied building (minimum 51% occupancy) or the purchase of large equipment (not including motor vehicles).
