There are more women in the industry, but not nearly as many as there should be, particularly in executive roles. While the improvement is encouraging, I’m eager for more equality in the hospitality industry, as well as commercial lending. It is important for women leaders to be mentors to new generations of women entering our industry. Support them, share your knowledge, and inspire greatness.
