I was actually quite nervous about applying for the SBA loan, but that all changed within 10 minutes of being at the TMC offices. We were greeted with a wonderful smile, given a great tasting coffee and then walked through the process with great ease by the staff. I remember getting back on BART and being amazed at what a wonderful time I had just experienced. I’m not sure if all SBA loans go as well as ours did, but I do know the TMC team treated us like royalty and made the process unbelievably easy. It is rare in this age to be able to give a completely positive recommendation, but TMC definitely has earned mine.
