TMC Named Top SBA 504 Lender in Sacramento (#1 CDC in 2013)

The Sacramento Business Journal released their list of top SBA lenders in the greater Sacramento area. Among them, TMC was ranked in the top five (the only Certified Development Company listed in the top five). With the opening of our Roseville office in 2013, TMC’s ranking has soared from 20th place last year in Sacramento, to fifth place. The soar in ranking is attributed to the work of Jim Azevedo, Senior Vice President of Business Development, who leads our Roseville team. We rounded out the top five SBA lenders with 37 loans, providing more than $29 million to small business owners’ commercial real estate acquisitions.
