TMC Staff Announced As NAWBO Award Finalists
TMC Development is very proud to have two staff members announced as finalists in the 2009 Woman of Distinction Awards hosted by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Southern Nevada Chapter.
Ann Santiago, Vice President and Regional Loan Officer for TMC, is a finalist for the prestigious Glass Ceiling award. Ann has been active in marketing and underwriting SBA loans in Southern Nevada since 1996, and was recruited by TMC in 2007 to head the newly opened Las Vegas office.
Cindy Santilena, also a Vice President and Regional Loan Officer for TMC, is a finalist for the Rising Star award. Although newer to SBA lending with slightly less than five years of direct experience, Cindy has already earned many successes in her work using the SBA 504 loan program to assist small businesses.
Ann and Cindy are being recognized by NAWBO for the significant contributions they each have made to the local community through their work in SBA commercial real estate financing, and for raising the bar for all women in business.
This year will be NAWBO’s 11th annual Woman of Distinction Awards ceremony. The award recipients will be announced at a luncheon to be held on Friday, March 13, 2009 at the Rio in Las Vegas, California.
