On October 2, 2012 the Financial Women’s Association celebrated Barbara Morrison, Founder and President of TMC Financing, as the 2012 Financial Woman of the Year at their annual FWA gala luncheon.

Barbara founded TMC Financing, a leading Certified Development Company (CDC) providing SBA 504 commercial real estate financing in California and Nevada, over 30 years ago. Under her leadership, TMC is the #1 SBA 504 Lender in Northern California and Las Vegas.
Barbara also founded Working Solutions, a nonprofit organization providing microloans, coaching and education for Bay Area entrepreneurs, and TMC Community Capital, an online micro-lender providing affordable financing for under-served business owners, with a particular focus on women owners.
